Q. How can I purchase Swisa Beauty products?
A. You can purchase our exquisite products directly by using our shopping cart; you may visit our store locator for a retail store near you; or you can visit one of our over 800 mall cart/kiosk distributors across the US and internationally, contact your local mall for information about distributors in your area. If you choose to use our website, once your order is processed, you will see a confirmation page letting you know your order number and that it has been received. In addition, you will receive an e-mail that confirms your order as well as an additional email with the UPS tracking number for your shipment.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Swisa Beauty accepts all major credit cards.
Q. Do I need to pay sales tax?
A. We are required by law to charge 7% sales tax on orders being shipped to Texas residents. There are no taxes imposed on orders that ship to all other states.

Q. Do I need to pay for shipping and handling?
A. We offer free shipping on all order over $75. Order placed in the US under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99 and orders placed internationally under $125 are charged UPS International rate. Our shipping service does not include the cost of international customs, duty or tax charges.
Q. What are your shipping policies?
A. We ship our products worldwide. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground and UPS International. All orders placed prior to 2P.M.-CST in most case will ship the same day. Please allow 3-5 business days for UPS ground shipping and International customers should allow extended time based on final destination.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We want you to be happy with your purchase. You are welcome to exchange an item in new condition within 30 days of purchase. In no event will the Company be obligated to accept the exchange of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer's actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you purchased the products at one of our distributor locations nationwide and internationally, please return to the store/kiosk/point of sale where you purchased the goods as each point of sale has its own policies.
If you are wishing to exchange your product, please ship the product back to our offices in its original package. Please enclose a letter that specifies your name, contact information, order number, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and do the best to accommodate you.
