Apply the mud in a thick layer over the body leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water , for aching joint heat the packet in a pot of hot water or open the packet and heat in the microwave for two minutes on medium. Take care not to use mud that is to hot , do not apply the mud to open sores or wounds, the face or eyes, for external use only.
