1. Step 1 pink side: Buff for 7 seconds across your nail - This side will remove ridges and yellow stains and will smooth your natural nail.
2. Step 2 white side: Buff for 10 seconds across your nail - This side for stimulate for natural growth, and you will notice a beautiful glow underneath your nail.
